HIIT workouts utilize short, timed sets of high intensity work alternating between cardio & strength training exercises.
Short, & often active, rest periods are placed between working sets to help you recover and maintain the ability to give your max effort in every exercise we ask of you!
High energy levels, great music & professional trainers that push you to your limits make for the perfect class atmosphere.
Exercises vary and are meant to alternate cardio or plyometric moves with strength/resistance training or weight loaded movements.
Cardio & Plyometric Exercises:
includes using any of Rowers, Assault Bikes, Battle Ropes, Plyo-Box Jumps, Running, Jump Ropes, Body Weight Movements, Boxing Heavy Bags and more!
Strength / Resistance Training Exercises:
includes using any of Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Medicine Balls, Sleds, Sandbags, Rubber Bands & much more
includes any of the basic moves like squats, lunges, presses, rows, swings or curls, along with complex moves like man makers, thrusters, wall balls, carries & more
No 2 workouts will be the same, but all workouts will target specific muscle groups to demand/build strength starting at your core & moving throughout the whole body.
Our high intensity interval training program is designed to be universal and effective regardless of your fitness level or training experience.
