 Mondays are meant to set the tone for the week! Workouts will focus on building your motor and testing your will - just keep going!  


Monday workouts often include longer work sets & require high effort & focus to keep up the intensity. 



When you leave you will be proud of what you've just accomplished & looking forward to taking on the world in the week ahead!

.  Tabata workouts are scientifically proven to increase performance & endurance for both aerobic (cardio) & anaerobic (muscular) systems.


 Tabata training includes short bursts of intense exercise followed by rest & repeated for multiple sets. 

(8 sets of :20 work / :10 rest) 


 Our workouts are crafted with highly effective exercises & will vary the total amount of sets as well as work & rest times.

 Wednesday classes feature a challenging mix of functional movements to test both your muscle work capacity, strength endurance & core stability. 


Workouts are designed to tax targeted muscle groups and provide that classic "pump" feeling you might've experienced from traditional strength building moves in the past & incorporates them into our HIIT format guaranteed to take the burn to a  'whole-nother' level.


 Long, Lean, Strong & Sexy Muscles are what Wednesdays are all about.

 On Thursdays we use kettlebells 

to build explosive workouts that combine strength training, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and are amazingly efficient at building core strength.


 Kettlebells offer tons of flexibility & often surpass most other exercises in terms of stimulating your muscles.



Swings, Presses, Rows, Carries, Get Ups, Squats, Lunges, Pull Throughs, Thrusters, Snatches, Curls & Cleans are just a few of the terms you'll get familiar with on Thursdays. 


Come ready for a challenge you likely haven't experience before!

 Friday Workouts will mimic the intensity and conditioning methods you might  find in training programs followed by different style fighters (whether kickboxing, mixed martial arts, boxing, etc) 


Some classes will feature the use of heavy bags and/or target striking. workouts will feature cardio- kickboxing style exercises and workout combinations. 


Other classes on Fridays will focus more on fight style formats, such as a popular workout scheme in circuit training known as 'fight gone bad'.


Fridays are always fun and especially great way to kick off the weekend!

 Saturdays take advantage of our amazing gym community and pair athletes to work together through the days fitness challenges. 


Having an exercise partner has been shown to boost motivation and overall performance when faced with physical exercise challenges. 


A sense of healthy competition between you and your partner will often prevail & help you push your you to your limits & beyond!


How much more you will push yourself with your workout partner or "swole-mate" sweating by your side!,

'I got your STRENGTH' is our recommended barbell based training program to compliment our HIIT Fitness classes. 


These 45 minute classes are centered around classic barbell strength training featuring lifts such as squatting, deadlifting, various presses and some olympic lifting, and more! 


 IGY6 Classes are offered as either an addon to our membership or as a punchcard class. All are welcome!

'I got Your Conditioning' are 45 minute classes centered around metabolic conditioning that prepares candidates for the physical strain of academy PT, as well as the physical and mental strains that civil service careers carry.


Classes feature functional movements & often use odd objects, such as sandbags, to build a unique and total fitness solution.


All people are welcome to join IGY6 classes.

Classes are offered as either an add on to our membership or included in a punch card membership.
